  • After our initial Q&A call, your first step is to complete an extensive online health questionnaire, which is reviewed before our first live session. Over three live online sessions, with email exchange in between, we work together to define your goals, build your plan, and support you to put that plan into action. The entire process will span 6 weeks.

  • The complete package include three live 1hr calls, a health assessment to determine root cause, a fully customized step-by-step plan, product and lifestyle recommendations with supporting resources, and email Q&A in between sessions for $697.

  • Typically early improvements are felt within the 1-2 weeks of treatment, with more substantial health impacts progressing over 1-12 months depending on the length and severity of the chronic pain condition.

  • Health coaching is a collaborative process and a successful outcome is entirely dependant upon your participation and commitment. We cannot provide a guarantee but we are 100% committed to ensuring you have a positive experience.

  • During our third live session we will define a realistic timeline for change and what expectations you should have moving forward. Typically clients ask for a follow-up session every 4-6 weeks until health goals are achieved.
