What I do.

I have been helping the stressed and weary urban dweller take better care of themselves since 2002.

My area of expertise is teaching people how to build a pain-free lifestyle that is grounded in a healing mindset.

Over the last 23 years I have run a private massage and movement therapy practice, alongside a clinical herbal medicine consultancy.

To date, I have provided over 40,000 hours of hands on therapy for people dealing with stress, tension, and pain of all kinds. I can easily say my clients have been my greatest teachers and have helped me to master my craft. For that, I am forever grateful.
