Each Workshop has a component of experiential learning, self-study and strategy building, so that you can take a more conscious and active role in your health.
HOW IT WORKS
You can enjoy a single workshop as part of a customized ‘wellness day’ or take the complete series as part of the Wellness Mentorship program. The workshops can be customized to address the specific needs of the individual or group and can be held privately in your home or place of business, or hosted publicly in a holistic health clinic or yoga studio.
